AllPro Home Watch
A Home Watch Service is typically requested
by seasonal Florida residents.
It is a series
of regularly scheduled visual inspections of your home both inside and
out, reporting on the condition of
your home, while you're away.

We are your
"eyes and ears" when you can't be
there in person.
Our 24 Point Checklist
documents property related issues along with with photographs
and details of issues discovered during the regular inspection of your
home.
We report any property issues as soon as possible to the homeowner
Our basic
24 Point checklist includes such items as:
 Checking all
doors, windows and shutters for signs of breakage, tampering and water
damage.
Checking the
security system is set and operational.
Checking the
house, roof and gutters for damage.
Checking doors,
windows, walls and ceilings for
stains and obvious water leaks.
Checking
thermostats and humidistat s are set and A/C is running.
Checking for
signs of plumbing leaks.
Checking for
insect or rodent problems.
Checking that services you are paying
for like pool, spa & lawn maintenance are being
performed.
Checking the
refrigerator and freezer for operation and
proper cooling.
Checking that
the sprinkler system is operational and covering the
lawn.
Checking
plumbing fixtures - flushing toilets, running water in sinks
keeping seals & P traps operational.
Even
retrieving packages, newspapers & junk mail - eliminating
signs that the owners are away.

Open hurricane shutters,
Patio furniture out, A/C temp. lowered, Ice maker and Hot water turned
on.
Post-Departure

Close shutters, Bring in

unplugged.

services ie: starting vehicles.
Hurricane
protection preparations like storm shutters.
Conduct post-hurricane inspections

meeting delivery and service companies like UPS and
cable vision.

Clients are
provided with a monthly checklist report with photos if necessary
and an invoice that can conveniently be paid online at AllProInspectionService.com.
The cost for our
twice monthly service starts at $45.00 per month. We offer other time
intervals as well.
